Gayle is Co-founder and CEO of Ripple Entertainment.

Gayle joined National Geographic Television as Associate Director of Development in 1991. Following that she became Director of Documentary Programs at A&E Networks, overseeing 150 hours of content annually, including series such as Investigative Reports and American Justice. When an opportunity arose to move to London and oversee the co-production business for Channel 4 Television she jumped at the chance. Upon her return to the US, she settled in Los Angeles and launched RDF’s US office, and the hit reality series Wife Swap.

In 2008, she joined Original Productions as an Executive Producer and Showrunner. She oversaw series such as Ice Road Truckers, for History Channel, America’s Lost Treasures for National Geographic, and Swords on the Line, for Discovery. As online video grew, she began to produce branded and original content for emerging platforms. In 2013 she moved to FremantleMedia to launch Tiny Riot, a digital content studio where she served as the EVP and General Manager for 2 years. While there, she partnered with VICE Media to launch their food vertical, MUNCHIES, creating series such as Bong Appetit and Fuel, as well as working with Stylehaul to create their first creator series, The Crew. At the end of 2015, she stepped out on her own to launch Ripple Entertainment, in partnership with Red Arrow Studios. Ripple’s SNARLED network has acquired over 110m views across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
