The bold, feel-good comedy drama series Sense of Tumour, distributed by Red Arrow Studios International, has scooped the award for Best European TV Fiction Series of the Year at the prestigious Prix Europa Awards 2018.
The eight-part series, produced by Sylvester and VRT for EEN/VRT (Belgium) explores how the near death experience of an ambitious young medical student teaches him how to live.
Sense of Tumour premiered on EEN (Belgium) earlier this year to impressive ratings, with the first episode increasing EEN’s market share by 32% for all viewers, and a 71% increase for 18-54s.
Red Arrow Studios International distributes both the finished tape and scripted format of Sense of Tumour internationally.
