RTL II in Germany has commissioned 60 new episodes of RedSeven Entertainment’s successful daily soap Krass Schule – die Junge Lehrer (Extreme School – The Young Teachers).
The commission follows RTL’s initial order of 50 episodes for Season Two, which premiered in September 2018. The new episodes air from Monday, March 18 on Mondays to Fridays at 17:10 on RTL II.
The daily soap revolves around five young teachers, completing their legal traineeship at the fictional Erich Felbert Comprehensive School in Cologne-Porz, and their many problematic students. In the new episodes, a serious accident leaves Sara in a coma. Her doctors cannot say if and when she will wake up again, leaving her colleagues incredibly worried about her and Jan plagued by feelings of guilt about his role in her accident.
Elsewhere, Shayenne and Alexa are persecuted by a stalker, Leonard patronizes an outsider at the school, and when a student comes to school covered in bruises, Teacher Max is alarmed and tries to find out what happened. Meanwhile, René receives an interesting job offer: apparently, he has the makings of a model.
Krass Schule – die Junge Lehrer is produced by RedSeven Entertainment together with La Paloma. RedSeven is part of Red Arrow Studios.
