ProSieben in Germany has commissioned new unscripted show Balls to Dare from Redseven Entertainment.
Balls to Dare pits 50 contestants against each other in rounds of extreme and merciless stunts and challenges that they would never normally do. Redseven Entertainment is producing the format and currently casting contestants for the show.
Each challenge begins with the phrase “I would never …” and consists of five levels, each level becoming more and more extreme, difficult and humiliating. Candidates who decide not to go any further are eliminated, and only one contestant at the end of the show will take on the final challenge in a bid for the ultimate prize.
The show will be moderated by Christian Düren, host of ProSieben’s lifestyle magazine show Taff, and shot live in front of a studio audience at the MMC Studios in Cologne.
