Leading independent film distributor Gravitas Ventures has acquired the North American rights to new high-stakes spy thriller Against the Clock starring Oscar and Golden Globe nominee Andy Garcia (Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Book Club, Ocean’s Eleven), Dianna Agron (Glee), Justin Bartha (The Good Fight, The Hangover) and Mark Polish (Twin Falls Idaho).
Formerly titled Headlock, the movie is also written and directed by Mark Polish, and will available in theaters and on demand on January 11, 2019.
Produced by Benaroya Pictures, Polish plays a CIA agent who is seriously injured during a mission. His wife, played by Agron, is a former CIA operative who becomes determined to find out what happened — a truth the current CIA director, played by Garcia, wants concealed at all costs.
