Dorsey Pictures has added to its executive team, as the company continues to build a robust slate of lifestyle and true crime programming. Veteran producers Betsy Rott (E! True Hollywood Story) and Craig Delaval (Accident, Suicide or Murder) will lead a production team from the company’s newly acquired offices in Burbank, CA, while the Denver-based executive team will relocate to the high-tech metroplex of Castle Rock, Colorado.
“As our company continues its growth in television and digital genres, Amy (Dorsey, co-founder of Dorsey Pictures) and I are incredibly excited to expand our footprint to Los Angeles with talented veteran producers leading the team,” says Dorsey Pictures President and CEO, Chris Dorsey.
Rott and Delaval already work with Dorsey Pictures on Accident, Suicide or Murder for Oxygen. Rott, who is executive producer of Accident, Suicide or Murder, has also worked on more than 2,000 hours of programming for traditional and digital platforms covering multiple genres including documentaries, biographies, reality strip, studio-based shows, how-to programs and entertainment specials, in addition to true crime series. Meanwhile, Delaval, who is co-executive producer of Accident, Suicide or Murder, has directed on Emmy Award-winning series including Intervention and produced programming for a myriad of networks and streaming channels.

Dorsey Pictures recently made trade headlines with the premiere date announcement for its highly-anticipated true crime series Dog’s Most Wanted, coming to WGN America on September 4.
