44 Blue Productions has announced two senior promotions at the company. David Hale has been promoted to EVP Programming, and Pat Lambert to VP Development.

David Hale is responsible for all current series, pilots and presentations at 44 Blue, along with creating the look and style of each series, and reports to 44 Blue’s coCEOs & coFounders Rasha Drachkovitch and Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch.

Pat Lambert, who joined 44 Blue in 2015 as a Talent Executive, will report to Co-CEO Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch as VP Development, responsible for development, identifying new ideas and talent.

David Hale joined 44 Blue Productions in 1997 as an intern, working his way through nearly every department of the company, becoming VP of Current Programming in 2008, and then elevated to Senior Vice President of Programming in 2015.  David has been part of launching notable 44 Blue series like Lockup (MSNBC), Pit Bulls & Parolees (Animal Planet) and Nightwatch (A&E), eventually serving as Executive Producer on the twice Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers (A&E), The Real Murders of Orange County (Oxygen), Twisted Sisters (Discovery ID), and Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry (E!). As one of 44 Blue’s top programming executives, he’s worked with A list partners across multiple projects, including Mark Wahlberg, Donnie Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, Dick Wolf, Robin Roberts, Melissa Joan Hart, Bill Engvall, Whoopi Goldberg, Khloé Kardashian and Adam Scott. David joined 44 Blue after graduating cum laude from Duke University.

Pat Lambert began his career as a talent booker for WGBH-PBS in Boston before moving to LA and working for TV journalist Maria Menounos. He moved on to series such as ABC’s FABlife, IFC’s Comedy Bang! Bang!, and FOX’s The Preachers and Boris & Nicole, as well as projects and series at ABC, E!, VH1, ESPN, Syfy, Hallmark and SiriusXM. His previous roles at 44 Blue include Talent Executive for the launch of their hit series Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry (E!) and nationally syndicated talk show The TD Jakes Show, before moving in-house as a member of their development team and eventual Head of Talent. As Head of Talent, Lambert has played a key role in the development of projects at HBO Max, E!, MTV, BET, TLC and OWN, and with producing partners including Jessica Biel, Adam Scott, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Chloe Grace Moretz, Becky G and others. 

44 Blue Productions is a Peabody, Emmy, Gracie and GLAAD award winning producer of unscripted, scripted and documentary series, with productions including Netflix’s top ranking documentary series Jailbirds; Investigation Discovery’s No 1 rated Twisted Sisters, executive produced with Khloé Kardashian; and Animal Planet’s No 1 series Pit Bulls and Parolees, which marked its 200th episode this month. New commissions include The Real Murders of Orange County, which premiered in November on Oxygen.
