Sky in the UK has commissioned CPL Productions to produce a new season of hit show A League of Their Own: European Road Trip.
Following the success of the first season, A League of Their Own: European Road Trip season two will premiere on January 9, 2020.
Freddie Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp will see new team mates join them on each leg of their European trip, including A League of Their Own series regular Romesh Ranganathan, comedy host Alan Carr, presenter Maya Jama, football legend Patrice Evra, Olympic gold medallist Samantha Quek, and comedians Tom Davis and Lee Mack.
A League of Their Own: European Road Trip is produced by BAFTA winning CPL Productions for Sky One.
A League of Their Own: European Road Trip, and also a US Road Trip version of the show, are spin-offs from the hugely successful gameshow A League of Their Own, which is also produced by CPL for Sky, and earlier this year won its second BAFTA Award.
CBS in the US recently commissioned CPL to produce an American version of A League of Their Own, to be called Game On!.
