Award-winning unscripted TV production company hires key executives to expand and support slate.

44 Blue Productions, the innovative and acclaimed independent production house that is part of Red Arrow Studios, and creators of hits such as A&E’s Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers, E! Entertainment’s #1-rated Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry and Animal Planet’s #1-rated Pit Bulls & Parolees, has hired experienced TV industry executive Andrew Paskoff as Senior Vice President of Production.

Paskoff will oversee all aspects of physical production for 44 Blue’s growing slate of programming, reporting to Executive Vice President Sarah Poage.

Also joining the 44 Blue team is Brent Jacoby as Vice President of Development, developing for all major US networks and reporting to Senior Vice President Development, Dan Snook.

Andrew Paskoff joins 44 Blue Productions from 495 Productions (Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner, Jersey Shore), where he was Head of Production for the past two years, working closely with their Finance, Legal, Creative and Post teams to manage day-to-day operations, finance, physical production and workflows. Before joining 495, he was Senior Vice President of Production at Lighthearted Entertainment and held multiple positions at Sony Pictures Television Networks, including VP Original Programming, Unscripted, where he developed original formats for SPT’s 78 channels across 178 countries and worked on locally adapted versions of shows such as America’s Got Talent, America’s Next Top Model, The Apprentice, Amazing Race and American Idol. He started his career in production, rising from production manager on series such as History’s Mysteries and syndicated hit Blind Date to staff line producer at MTV Networks in New York, before becoming Director of Production at MTV Networks in Santa Monica.

Brent Jacoby joins 44 Blue from Outpost Entertainment/ITV where he also served as Vice President of Development. He was an Executive Producer on A&E’s 2-hour documentary OJ: Guilty In Vegas and led the development and creation of several series and pilots for Travel Channel, Discovery, Food Network, Lifetime as well as History’s Forged in Fire spin-off Forged In Fire: Knife or Death. Prior to that he was at Pilgrim Studios/Lionsgate and successfully developed projects that led to over 6 series orders with Netflix, Discovery, WEtv, Lifetime, Animal Planet and Food Network including Battlefish (Netflix), Fire In The Hole (Discovery), and Missing In Alaska (History).
