10Fold is developing a new show for US cable channel TruTV.
Around the World in 80 Games (wt) is a new unscripted comedy in partnership with comedian Fortune Feimster (The Mindy Project). Feimster will star in the half-hour show, in which she travels the globe, throwing herself into the surreal world of international game shows. Each week, she visits a new country to train and compete in its most popular, unique and often bizarre games. Whether she’s trying to outsmart robots in China or tackling Viking trivia while curling in Norway, Feimster will leave her comfort zone and cross time zones, all for the love of game!
The pilot will be produced by 10Fold, with Feimster and 10Fold’s Craig Armstrong and Rick Ringbakk serving as executive producers.
